Tom McCabe

Tom is responsible for producing Cushman and Wakefield’s "House View" on the outlook for the Irish economy and the main real estate sectors including offices, retail, industrial and logistics, and alternatives. Tom has over 20 years of experience in the fields of economic, econometric, and capital market research covering the Irish and major global economies as well as Irish and international real estate markets. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Tom was Head of Global Investment Strategy at Bank of Ireland Wealth where he was responsible for asset allocation research for a range of multi-asset portfolios managed for the high net worth and mass market wealth segments.
