Nikkie Randhawa-Singh

With a robust career spanning over two decades in the technology and business sectors, Nikkie currently holds the position of Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific and the Middle East at Shiji Group, a role she has occupied since September 2019. Based in Singapore, she oversees strategic initiatives and business development across the regions, leveraging skills in cross-functional team leadership, general management, and strategic sales. Prior to her current role, Nikkie served as Vice President for Asia Pacific at the same company from July 2016 to September 2019, where she honed her expertise in IT sales, market analysis, and executive management. Her career also includes a significant tenure at Oracle as Key Accounts Director from October 2014 to June 2016, focusing on top-tier client management and business development strategies. Earlier, Nikkie held pivotal roles at Micros Fidelio Asia Pacific, progressing from Director of Operations for South East Asia to Director of Major Accounts Asia Pacific, a position she maintained for over five years. She began her leadership journey as Regional Manager for Operations & Training, a role which marked the start of her extensive experience in the APAC region. Renowned for her analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, Nikkie has consistently excelled in developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and coaching teams, contributing significantly to the growth and expansion of every organization she has been part of.
