With 15 years of international experience in hotel and education development, Benjamin specialize in business development, key account management, and project management. Benjamin's journey commenced in a start-up established by Kempinski Hotels for luxury wellness center development and management. From its inception, he played a key role in its evolution, spearheading the creation and implementation of various retail brands, contributing to the conceptualization of wellness centers, managing the supply chain, and finalizing over 20 service agreements across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Building on this, Benjamin garnered managerial expertise in China, overseeing regional operations and honing digital project management skills by steering the development of a data-driven application for wellness businesses. In Benjamin's current role as a consultant for EHL Hospitality Business School, he leads business development and strategic advisory services in the education, hospitality, and service sectors. This encompasses initiating key projects, expanding markets in the EU, Africa, and the Americas, and excelling in key account management. As a strategic advisor, Benjamin offers insights to hospitality, tourism, and education stakeholders, contributing to the transformative strategies of global projects.
