Dulani Porter is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 20 years of industry experience, bringing a rich cultural perspective as a Sri Lankan-American deeply passionate about travel and diverse cultures. Since joining SPARK in 2008, she has driven the agency's strategic services, building and leading initiatives that unlock true potential in people, brands, and businesses. Known for her expertise in designing long-lasting solutions, Dulani excels in addressing complex issues by identifying root causes. A passionate advocate for inclusion and equity, she fosters a majority-female team at SPARK, with two-thirds of the leadership being women. As a systems thinker, Dulani helps clients map current systems, identify gaps, and develop new strategies for growth, ensuring collective ownership in the solutions. Her key accomplishments include leading the rebranding of Florida’s destination brand, developing SPARK’s hospitality practice, and spearheading Texas Children’s Culture Design at their Woodlands Hospital.
