Paul Isaacson

Paul Isaacson is a subject matter expert in hospitality real estate with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate consulting, operational asset management, capital investment, corporate finance, equity and debt transactions, and corporate strategy. Mr. Isaacson specializes in client and owner centric services focused on business strategies and solutions that provide strong economic and financial outcomes to maximize value. Mr. Isaacson's clients include large institutional public firms, private equity funds, and family offices involved in investment, branding, franchising, and development of full service and limited service hotels. He is the Southeast Division Advisory Leader for the CBRE Hotels Valuation & Advisory team and is responsible for oversight of all functions and services related to the Southeast team while being stationed in the CBRE Atlanta office. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Isaacson was Principal and Managing Member of Stillwater Real Estate Consulting, LLC, an independent third-party advisory and consulting firm specializing in hotel asset management, advisory and investment services for institutional owners in urban and resort destinations. At Watermark Lodging Trust, an institutional fund of luxury and upper-upscale hotels, Mr. Isaacson oversaw asset management of a portfolio of hotels located in key urban markets throughout the United States including New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Austin, Seattle, and Minneapolis. Prior to Watermark, Mr. Isaacson served as a director of global capital investments and transactions at IHG, and for nearly 20 years focused on strategic transactions, brand growth focused capital recycling programs, asset management and corporate acquisitions.
