With two decades of experience in international hospitality design, Elyza has developed a deep expertise in creating innovative, culturally attuned spaces. She relocated to Dubai fifteen years ago, where she has honed her knowledge of both global and regional industry standards. Elyza began her career in Milan, where she worked as a design consultant on a diverse portfolio of internationally branded hotels and resorts across Europe and the Middle East. A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Elyza is committed to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders through mentoring and active involvement in leadership development initiatives.
