Joanna leads Lighthouse's Data R&D teams, creating the algorithms behind the company's AI-driven products. With over a decade of Data Science experience in various industries, she has worked on telecommunications, data analytics platforms, and ride-hailing algorithms. She joined Lighthouse five years ago as one of the first Data Scientists, developing algorithms for Market Insight and Pricing Manager before transitioning to a leadership role.
