Ann Christenson

Industry innovator Ann Christenson is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Aimbridge Hospitality. Ms. Christenson is dedicated to shaping Aimbridge's People Powered strategy initiatives, bolstering its broad, deep pool of talent comprising its global workforce and ensuring the company's leaders and associates located around the world are supported on their career journeys. Prior to joining the Aimbridge team, Ms. Christenson amassed over 20 years of experience in the human resources industry, most recently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer for TMI Hospitality, where she oversaw all human resources processes and internal communications. Prior to TMI Hospitality, she was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services for Sanford Health, an integrated health system based in North Dakota. Ms. Christenson received a bachelor's degree from Concordia College and a master's degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a trustee on the AHLA Foundation Board.
