The Residences by Rotana

The new brand, The Residences by Rotana was developed in line with market requirements and Rotana’s expansion plans. The brand will complement our existing portfolio and will give Rotana the opportunity to expand with a new product. The Residences by Rotana will be furnished and unfurnished, non-serviced branded residential buildings, architecturally designed using Rotana specifications and standards. They will have limited services such as concierge, property maintenance, a gym and some with a swimming pool. Housekeeping is normally not provided or available at the residences, unless requested by guests.
