AMS has launched a new addition to its AutoClassic range of automatic minibars - the 40-litre model. This new model has been developed to allow AMS to offer the hotelier a smaller product for either the replacement cycle of honour bars or for those wishing to retain existing furniture.

The 40L works on the same principle as the 60L AutoClassic, but is available in more flexible configurations. From the base model ACB42, which has two shelves inside the bar, two door shelves and a lock, the hotelier can choose to tailor the AutoClassic with one or two ambient shelves, one or two ambient locks, an additional interior shelf and a wide range of sensor configurations.

The 40L AutoClassic is at least 23% more energy efficient that the already very efficient 60L model. It is equipped with the patented Fuzzy Logic regulation system, which minimises energy consumption and defrosts the minibar automatically.

The AutoClassic range utilises the market's most advanced and environment-friendly silent absorption technology.

All AMS products communicate with the hotel MATV, CAT3 or CAT5 systems.

Open presentation, automatic accounting

The AutoClassic models are automatic minibars with the appeal of traditional minibars. The guest is able to take a product from an open presentation and seconds later the consumption is registered to their room account.

Flexible maximising of profits

Real-time, accurate data, assisting the profitable operation of the minibar profit centre, is constantly available for retrieval. Reports provide precise details on labour productivity, sales, inventory stocks, refill instructions, and any necessary maintenance. The system reduces losses to a minimum and accelerates checkout.

A major benefit to the hotelier is the optimisation of working hours, refills are only necessary where products have been consumed, which is reported through the real-time data.

Remote control enables reception to lock or unlock each minibar, and the marketing software enables the hotelier to offer happy hours, welcome drinks or discounts with customised offers to boost turnover.
