Wyndham Jade Creates Synergy by Consolidating Independent Companies

PLANO, TX - Wyndham Jade (www.wynjade.com), the nationally respected company that offers meeting, incentive, corporate travel and convention housing services, has undergone a total organizational "revamp" by consolidating most of its independent companies and creating a synergistic, one-stop shop for clients.
The independent companies have dropped their corporate name and are now divisions of Wyndham Jade. The newly integrated management and operation overhaul will allow Wyndham Jade's clients to better utilize all of the company's products and services. The decision to consolidate came as a result of clients' increased demands for services from each of the independent companies. Since the individual corporations were already based at the Wyndham Jade headquarters in Texas, the transition was smooth for both Wyndham Jade clients and employees.

"The consolidation helps to create a better Wyndham Jade identity for our clients and our staff. EXPLANATION OF CORPORATE CHANGEWyndham Resources International (WRI) is now the Convention Housing and Registration Division offering integrated tradeshow and convention services with a focus on total consolidation of housing, registration, lead retrieval and travel services.
Meetings Equities International (MEI) is now the Incentive and Meeting Services Division designing innovative program solutions to help clients motivate, recognize and reward outstanding performance as well as providing management services for corporate meetings and events.
Wyndham Travel Management (WTM) is now the Corporate Travel Management Division providing services for all client business travel needs via technology-advanced on-line reporting. It is the only agency in North Texas that staffs its own 24-hour reservation center.
Wyndham Jade also owns Jade Technologies, the developer of WYNTRAC (www.WYNTRAC.com), the premier on-line software for the meetings and conventions industry. Jade considers itself the "champion of the meeting planner" and distinguishes WYNTRAC from other on-line software with its "Four Aces": Capacity, Speed, Cost Effectiveness and Event Monitoring. All "Aces" work together to empower the meeting planner and the attendee. Jade Technologies will NOT be consolidated and will remain operating as Jade Technologies.
