FAIRFIELD, N.J., Prime Hospitality Corp. PDQ announced today the addition of a franchised hotel in Chattanooga, TN to its Wellesley Inns & Suites brand. The hotel was converted from a Comfort Inn and represents the fifth hotel converted to the Wellesley Inns & Suites chain in 2001. Prime now has 74 Wellesley Inns & Suites hotels in operation and a pipeline of nine executed franchise agreements for additional hotels to be built or converted.

The new Chattanooga Wellesley Inn & Suites is located at 7620 Hamilton Park Drive in Chattanooga, TN. It is situated off I-75 and is approximately 1.5 miles from Hamilton Place Mall. It is the second Wellesley Inn & Suites hotel in the state of Tennessee. The hotel is owned and operated by Hotel Realty, LLC.
