All of the properties are newly renovated business hotels; two serve the greater San Francisco area, and the other serves greater Sacramento, California's capitol city.

The Sacramento property serves the state's capitol and the area's numerous military bases, as well as corporate offices of Hewlett-Packard, Intel and Bechtel.
