Rick Hardin has been named Manager of Data Services, Quinton Wilfong, Senior Data Specialist, Audrey Barton and Mark Postelli, Account Managers.

Rick brings seven years of experience from Hyatt Hotels and is responsible for managing the GDS and Customer Service departments. Quinton is a twelve-year veteran of Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and brings his extensive GDS knowledge and quality assurance experience to the team.

Audrey, a nine-year veteran of Hyatt and Mark, previously with Indecorp are both instrumental in maintaining the already high level of service provided to SynXis customers. As Account Managers, they see to it that customers are trained on the SynXis Reservation Management System and will continuously monitor and track hotel performances to guarantee that each customer is receiving the full benefit of the system.
