BILOXI, Miss., Hard Rock International, owner and operator of the Hard Rock Cafe locations in New Orleans and Biloxi, and Premier Entertainment Biloxi LLC, owner and operator of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino property in Biloxi, MS, today announced that they are currently assessing the damage caused by Hurricane Katrina, which struck the Gulf Coast area on Monday, August 29, 2005.
