SDD’s JAZZ FUSION is a centrally managed web-based telecom management service that eliminates the hoteliers’ need for logging systems, servers and telecommunications skills. JAZZ FUSION looks like (and is) the hotelier’s emerging solution architecture for Internet based systems and centralized real time data management. It represents the integration of world-class software and six sigma level service processes. JAZZ FUSION is a real time truly centralised architecture providing one central database/billing middleware that manages across one or many properties, the hotelier’s guest telephone, high-speed internet access and potentially any other chargeable hotel facility.
Profitability Management
JAZZ FUSION uses its real time technology to continuously collect, measure, analyze, and monitor data about a hotel's on-property telecommunications infrastructure and revenue activity. Meanwhile, JAZZ FUSION analysts provide ongoing true ‘yield management’ analysis using that technology. Together, JAZZ technology and analysis provides hoteliers with traditionally unattainable insight about ongoing telecom profit improvement strategies and action. JAZZ Fusion today enables even the smallest hotelier to profitably compete for the guest telecom revenues through access to world-class software tools and management methods.

JAZZ FUSION services can be initiated for a small up-front implementation fee and an ongoing subscription fee equal to their current annual call logging maintenance costs less 25%. Other extended JAZZ Fusion profitability management services are optionally available for an additional subscription fee. Certain eligibility requirements and technical specifications apply along with fee minimums. The SDD Technology Upgrade program is available to any hotelier with a signed implementation agreement and an initial payment made on or before July 1st, 2006
