Cincinnati, OH. | Winegardner & Hammons, Inc’s., Senior Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, Kent Bruggeman, recently announced the appointment of Philippe C. Eversdijk to General Manager at the Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key. The hotel was developed by The Cedarwood Companies, with offices in Akron, OH, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Houston, TX, and managed by Cincinnati, OH based, Winegardner & Hammons, Inc. “This seasoned hotelier will bring a wealth of knowledge and industry expertise to Florida’s only all-suite Marriott hotel and I’m proud to welcome him to our management team,” stated Bruggeman.

Prior to joining Clearwater Beach Marriott Suites on Sand Key, Eversdijk served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Safety Harbor Resort & Spa, in Safety Harbor, Florida. He also held several management positions with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Marriott International. A native of The Netherlands, Eversdijk received a B.S. degree in Hotel Management from De Kogge Hotel, Catering and Management School in Amsterdam. He is multi-lingual in four languages to include, French, German, Dutch and English.
