Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Installs PAR Springer-Miller’s SMS|Host® Hospitality Management System into Four Additional Properties
Elbow Beach, Bermuda, is 24th Mandarin Oriental Hotel to Implement PAR’s Guest Centric Solution

PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. (PSMS) --- a wholly owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PTC) and the leading provider of guest-centric hospitality management systems --- announces the addition of four Mandarin Oriental Hotels to its list of customers. Mandarin Oriental properties in Jakarta, Barcelona, Las Vegas and Elbow Beach, Bermuda have installed PAR Springer-Miller’s SMS|Host® Hospitality Management System over the last 90 days.
The guest-centric SMS|Host system allows each of the 24 Mandarin Oriental properties using the system to tailor their exemplary service to each guest through detailed profiles and comprehensive guest history records. In addition, PAR Springer-Miller’s SpaSoft Spa Management System powers The Spa at the Mandarin Oriental in Barcelona, Las Vegas, and Bermuda.
Following a comprehensive renovation, Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta officially reopened in October as one of the most luxurious hotels in the city. The property features 272 guest rooms including 56 well-appointed Mandarin rooms, six suites, and four new restaurants.
Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona opened November 26th in the heart of Barcelona’s commercial and entertainment district. The hotel features 98 rooms and suites, several restaurants and the 1,000 square meter Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona.
Located at the Gateway of the new CityCenter in Las Vegas, the Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas provides an elegant sanctuary within the vibrant energy of Las Vegas. The only freestanding non-gaming luxury property on the Strip, the hotel features state-of-the-art guest rooms and panoramic views of CityCenter and the Las Vegas skyline from the Sky Lobby on the 23rd floor.
Mandarin’s Elbow Beach, Bermuda offers an intimate luxury escape with 98 rooms and suites. A series of upgrades and refurbishments offer guests enhanced in-room entertainment systems, luxury interior goods and improved facilities across the resort.
