Third Hilton Hotel Opens In Sicily | Hilton Giardini Naxos Welcomes First Guests
Hilton Worldwide today announced the opening of Hilton Giardini Naxos in Sicily, the third property on the Italian island to open under the iconic Hilton Hotels brand. Formally known as The Russott Hotel, the property has been converted to a Hilton and operates as part of a franchise agreement with Russott Finance Spa.

Hilton Gardini Naxos offers two full service restaurants and bars, enabling guests to choose to dine in the sophisticated La Sciara Wine Bar & Restaurant which serves traditional Sicilian cuisine, or the relaxed Panarea Restaurant which offers both indoor and outdoor dining.
The hotel's facilities also include a spa designed and equipped by Klafs, a Hilton Fitness by Precor® fitness centre and a swimming pool. For business guests, the property is one of Sicily's largest conference and meeting venues with 11 rooms designed with the Hilton brand's international Hilton Meetings product and a total hotel events capacity of up to 1350 delegates. The hotel's largest meeting room accommodates up to 950 delegates.

Situated on Sicily's eastern coast between the cities of Messina and Catania, Hilton Giardini Naxos is easily accessible by train, road (via the Messina to Catania motorway or the Palermo to Messina motorway) and is only 40 minutes from Catania "V. Bellini" Airport. The hotel is ideally located to visit nearby attractions such as the Mount Etna volcano and the picturesque town of Taormina.
