From Frightening to Fun, Niagara Events Have It All This Halloween
Halloween in Niagara Falls, Ontario features rocking parties, evening ghost walks, downright terrifying visits to famous attractions and more
NIAGARA FALLS, ON – Halloween is not for the faint of heart in Niagara Falls with ghoulish Niagara events all around the popular districts of Clifton Hill, Fallsview Boulevard and Lundy's Lane.
Clifton Hill is the destination for family fun on Halloween with attractions such as the House of Frankenstein, Mystery Maze and the Crystal Caves. The district is also the home of Nightmares Fear Factory, the longest running haunted house in North America, built on the site of the once industrious Cataract Coffin Factory where eccentric proprietor Abraham Mortimer was killed and is said to still walk the halls seeking revenge. For over 30 years, the attraction has been scaring, thrilling and challenging guests to survive, with over 100,000 chickening out and heading for the exits.
Clifton Hill as well as Lundy's Lane and Fallsview Boulevard offer many Niagara hotels and restaurants for a safe and convenient Halloween night out – especially for those planning a late night out at one of the many Halloween parties in Niagara Falls.
On Friday, October 29th, Dave and Busters on Clifton Hill is open for a Much Music Video Dance Halloween bash with a VJ, GIANT Much Music Video Screens, Best Costume Prizes and more. There is a $5.00 cover charge and the party is open to all ages from 6:30pm - 9:30pm with 19+ party-goers invited from 10pm - 2am and drink specials all night long. And for the ultimate adult party, Rumours Night Club in Clifton Hill presents the Exotic Erotic Halloween Party October 30.
On Lundy's Lane Halloween revelers will be spooked by the Evening Haunted Forest Walks in Heartland Forest October 28-30 from 6pm – 7:30pm, a great family activity.
Over on Fallsview Boulevard, Niagara Falls nightlife is always on the agenda at popular Fallsview Casino. From October 29-31, the casino features the hit musical Dancing Queen at the Avalon Theatre, which can be followed up at one of many cocktail lounges or at the gaming tables.
Also among Niagara events for Halloween are ghost walks at For George National Historic Site or take advantage of family-friendly Niagara hotel, the Great Wolf Lodge, featuring spooky family fun for all ages including storytelling, costume contests, trick-or-treat trail and family dances.
