Broughton Hotels awarded Management contract of Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley, California

Broughton Hotels, based in Newport Beach, California, who operates a collection of 13 hip to historic boutique hotels throughout California and the Mid West, with the philosophy that “there is no higher calling than serving others,” has been awarded the management contract for Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley, California on May 16, 2011. Broughton Hotels will manage and undertake the sales and marketing as part of their contract.

Acqua Hotel, which opened in 1999, is part of Marin Hotels based in Mill Valley, California who also owns and manages Mill Valley Inn in Mill Valley, California and Waters Edge in Tiburon, California.

Acqua Hotel boasts 49 guestrooms, including 25 Junior Suites featuring large

entry parlors, soaking tubs and private balconies which provide expansive views of Mount Tamalpais and Richardson Bay. Fireplaces enhance the third-floor Junior Suites.

Guests of the Acqua Hotel are provided with a range of complimentary services and amenities as part of their stay, including continental buffet breakfast, morning espresso Bar & waffle station, all day tea service with fresh fruit, and evening wine and cheese.
