Hilton Hotels & Resorts today announced the opening of its newest property in Hangzhou Province, China, Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort. Located in Chun'an County, on the shores of the stunning Qiandao Lake, the hotel comprises seven grand towers and 349 rooms. The opening of the resort expands Hilton Worldwide's footprint in mainland China to 18 operating hotels.

Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao joins Hilton Sanya Resort and Spa as the second Hilton Resorts property in mainland China. Hilton Resorts is a specific collection of premier properties within the Hilton Hotels & Resorts portfolio that are designed for travelers seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in the world's most sought after destinations.

Most of the resort rooms offer lakefront views with private balconies or mountain views, and begin at 48 square meters, with generous work spaces, high speed internet access and luxury bathrooms. The resort offers four dining options – creative all-day dining in Eatzi Cafe, authentic Southeast Asian dishes at Spices Bistro, speciality Hangzhou and Ningo regional cuisines at Chinese restaurant, Taste. The lobby lounge with its floor-to-ceiling windows provides the ideal location to meet, unwind and capture the wonderful lake views.

Hilton Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Resort is situated eight minutes from the Qiandao Lake bus station and is near to the Hangxinjing Expressway. The resort is approximately a two-hour drive from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, 131 kilometers from the city of Hangzhou. A scenic feast and eco-sanctuary nearby attractions include visits to Mei Peak, Moonlight and Dragon Hill Islands, fishing and lake rafting/drifting. Also in the nearby regions are the Heritage sites of Mount Huangshan and Sanqing known for their many peaks that resemble in silhouette human and animal forms.
