(LHW) to provide development opportunities for staff at member properties and for Leading Hotels corporate employees. Over the next four years, they will be able to take distance-learning courses from Cornell as a benefit for participating in LHW's Leading Learning Institute. The global access provided by the Institute to online learning in areas such as hotel revenue management, leadership and strategic management, and marketing will allow LHW members to complete training as their schedules permit.
