With the new interface, hotel companies deploying the Mirage PMS can now efficiently manage multiple distribution channels for multiple properties.

The ITS RezExchange-Mirage PMS interface, already in use by six properties in the Coast Hotels Group, is the latest example of ITS RezExchange’s bridge architecture that offers solid connectivity between buy-side channels and a host of industry-leading property management systems.

ITS RezExchange is designed to work for hotels of all types and sizes to help track inventory across various buy-side channels. Client hotels receive all reservations from these channels directly into their PMS databases. The platform's single-image inventory design allows for last-room availability on all channels without the risk of overbooking. ITS RezExchange’s GDS service ensures that its client hotels are bookable on all the Global Distribution Systems under the company’s TS chain code.
