Having commenced renovations in early June, designers Mr. Carl Almeida and Mr. Paul Panja of P49 Deesign & Associates Company Limited infuse 2015's 'Style-Setting' color pantone trend to provoke residential elegance with urban flair. The core design concept aims to reflect the personal lifestyle of the metropolitan achiever that is elegantly confident and smart. The designer duo restyles 1,521 square meters of venue space that includes the grand ballroom, 9 meeting rooms with luxury details to complement the stylish and exclusive Manhattan Studio and Sukhumvit meeting rooms. Design modifications will include a new maze carpet, wall coverings of metal screening held up with wooden brown-hued wall panels accented with violet and orange chairs. Manhattan art and design elements are configured to resemble and enhance this bespoke environment. The new ballroom will also be equipped with the latest lighting design system employing LED-RGB technology, multiple modern chandeliers for a contemporary highlight, new audiovisual arrangements and the installation of a new WIFI conference system, applicable to multiple function rooms.
