Hilton Worldwide Opens New Dual-Brand Property in the U.S. Capital
Debut of Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton will bring 239 new rooms to Washington, D.C.
WASHINGTON, D.C. and MCLEAN, Va. -- Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) announced today its newest hotel, the dual-branded Hampton Inn by Hilton Washington, D.C. NoMa Union Station and Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, D.C. NoMa Union Station. Offering 239 new rooms, the dual-brand hotel is ideally located in the revitalized NoMa neighborhood and continues the brand's robust expansion in urban markets.

Managed by Baywood Hotels out of Greenbelt, MD, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington, D.C. NoMa Union Station complements the city's steady growth in leisure and business travel, reaching a record high of more than 20 million visitors in 2014*.
Located at 501 New York Avenue NE, the dual-brand property will be the newest hotels in NoMa, and are situated within walking distance to the Metro's Red Line at NoMa-Gallaudet U station, offering guests convenient access to the U.S. Capitol Building, Library of Congress and many more of Washington, D.C.'s most popular attractions.
The dual-brand concept creates enhanced and larger communal areas than what would be standard at a stand-alone property, benefitting both business and leisure travelers.
