Kinseth Hospitality announces groundbreaking on the Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel in Beaver Dam, WI!
Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) is pleased to announce the groundbreaking ceremony at of the construction site of the 71-unit Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, located at 311 Seippel Boulevard, took place on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. To kick-off the event, Becky Glewen, Beaver Dam Mayor; Bob Welstead, Dial Realty; Jeff Schrader, Director of New Business Development at Kinseth Hospitality; and Ben Westra, President of WDS Construction Inc. and JCW Development LLC; each shared their excitement for the project. Following, a group of investors broke ground and held a reception for guests to view the hotel renderings and offerings.
