Kinseth Hospitality breaks ground on Homewood Suites hotel in Dillon, CO
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), Dillon Gateway Development (DGD), and Frew Development Group are pleased to announce they have broke ground of the Homewood Suites in Dillon, Colorado. The ceremony took place Thursday, November 8, 2018, located at the hotel construction site at 122 Lake Dillon Drive. To kick off the event, Carolyn Skowyra, Town of Dillon Mayor; Tom Acre, Dillon Town Manager; Tony Pestello, Board President Summit County Chamber; Danny Eilts, Owner & Developer; John Frew, President and CEO of Frew Development Group, and Aaron Mailey, Kinseth Hospitality; each shared their excitement for the project. Following, a group of investors, Chamber Ambassadors, and Community Partners broke ground and held a reception for guests to view the hotel renderings and offerings.

Conveniently located in Dillon, Colorado, the Homewood Suites hotel will be located close to Highway 6 and Interstate 70 and many popular Colorado attractions from Skyline Cinema to eateries and micro-breweries. The hotel will feature free hot breakfast daily, evening socials Monday through Thursday, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour Suite Shop, 24-hour business center, fitness center, on-site laundry facility, indoor heated pool, outdoor patio and barbeque grills.
KHC, DGD, and Frew Development Group will partner with Adolfson & Peterson Construction and O'Bryan Partnership, Inc. on the construction of the hotel.
