Aimbridge Hospitality’s Asia Investment Group Announces Three New Hotels
All Three Deals Were Signed Since June, The Latest In The Group’s Explosive Portfolio Growth
Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading multinational hospitality company, announced its Asia Investment Group has added three new properties to its growing portfolio since June.

The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Airport is a newly-renovated 288 key full service property located five minutes to Salt Lake City Airport via a complimentary shuttle. The property sits on the edge of an eight-acre lake, enjoys visibility from I-80 and is just 12 miles from downtown Salt Lake City. On-site restaurant Lakeview offers Fine American cuisine alongside memorable lake and mountain views, while The Club’s fireside lounge satisfies guests with its warm and friendly ambiance, beverages and light fare. The Coffee Shop provides guests grab-and-go options for breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as coffee and snacks. 13 versatile event venues over 8,976 square feet of space allow for meetings and events for up to 450 guests. Additional amenities include pet-friendly rooms, room service, a business ce nter, executive lounge, indoor pool, fitness center and more.
The second new property is the 561 room Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport. Located one mile from the airport, the property boasts 14,668 square feet of meeting and event space across nine rooms allowing for meetings or weddings of up to 750. Brewster’s Bar & Grill and Comfort Restaurant offer guests multiple dining options, while other amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool and airport shuttle service.
The Chateau Merrimack Resort and Spa, formerly the Stonehedge Hotel & Spa, will reopen under new ownership in October 2021 after completing a $3.5 million renovation covering the interior and exterior of the entire building and all 30 guest suites. Located in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, the property is only 35 minutes from Boston, making it ideal for business travelers or guests enjoying a weekend in the country. The property has earned notoriety for win ning the Wine Spectators Grand Award with its 2,200-bottle wine list. Additional amenities include balconies, summer porches, fireplaces, Jacuzzis, and a pool with a retractable roof, a full service spa nestled in the woodlands as well as a full service restaurant.
