- The Meliá Out Of Office coworking space makes its debut at the INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza Hotel with the collaboration of Init Group, leaders in innovation
Meliá Hotels International is opening its first coworking space today at the INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza Hotel. With the collaboration of Init Group, a company specialising in the creation and development of innovative projects that will manage the facilities, Meliá is committed to innovation in a coworking space that is much more than a simple work space and is also accompanied by a weekly agenda of events and experiences.
Out Of Office Zaragoza is an innovative venue in the heart of the city offering modern and comfortable work spaces with functional and inspiring furniture adapted to the needs of modern consumers. It has a coworking area with 36 workstations, modular rooms for meetings or events with space for up to 90 people, as well as other shared spaces such as a fully equipped kitchen and foyer, both perfect for networking. Three private event rooms at the INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza Hotel are also available to coworking members under preferential conditions, and also to external customers who may need a space for their events. The facilities are complemented by unique hotel spaces such as the rooftop area with a swimming pool or the restaurant operated by Lateral.
In order to provide the greatest flexibility, Out Of Office Zaragoza offers a wide range of opportunities to work and socialise, with monthly membership plans that include both the sporadic use of the facilities and the option of having a permanent station.
Out Of Office: the workspace escape
With the growth in teleworking caused by the pandemic, new work environments have been created to provide an alternative to the traditional office space. The trend towards hybrid or remote work, the increase in the number of digital nomads, and the interest in more flexible and versatile spaces, have created great potential for coworking spaces, with a market that is expected to grow globally in the coming years. As a response to this, and within the constant adaptation by Meliá Hotels International of its hotel products to respond to changing customer needs, Out Of Office has been introduced as the first coworking experience to open at the INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza.
With the collaboration and support of the Init Group, a company with vast experience in this area, the space provides a range of different services to aid business design and development. One of the services in the space at the INNSiDE by Meliá Zaragoza Hotel is the creation of several work groups which aim to promote innovation and enrich projects through sharing ideas and knowledge: Diversity at Work, Sustainable Impact, Agile Culture and Sustainable Fashion. In addition, Out Of Office Zaragoza also offers a project accelerator service through the Init Group.
Reinventing the coworking concept, Out Of Office Zaragoza also has a range of leisure activities including yoga, concerts, theatre, workshops, master classes with dinner included, and much more. The facilities aim to offer a unique experience that differs from traditional offices and in which members have an opportunity to interact and share experiences with other entrepreneurs and professionals from different sectors.
