Munich – limehome, Europe's leading technology provider for the hospitality industry and operator of fully digitalised design apartments, is expanding its presence across Europe with two new projects in Amsterdam and Barcelona.

Amsterdam

The property on Hemonystraat 1, A, located in De Pijp, one of Amsterdam’s best neighbourhoods, is a beautiful and typically Dutch manor with 10 guest rooms. The property has previously been used as a hotel, which limehome, advised by its local partner Gaudi Real Estate, now fully acquired. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovation and is expected to welcome limehome’s Amsterdam-bound guests already this summer.

This property in Amsterdam is the latest in a slate of new signings in the Netherlands, with a multitude of projects in several top-tier Dutch cities still in the pipeline.

Barcelona

The hotel in Barcelona has a total surface area of 1,310 m² in a prime location near the Avinguda Diagonal street next to the university area and Camp Nou stadium. This location is a prime area for tourists, offering them the city at their fingertips. Together with the Barcelona-based real estate investor Alting Grupo Inmobiliario, owner of the hotel, limehome is already evaluating further expansion possibilities across the city.

"We are very proud to have signed these two stunning new properties in Amsterdam and Barcelona. Especially so, when considering that these top-tier cities are absolute tourist magnets and some of the toughest real estate markets to enter. It is simply imperative for limehome to be present in both these extremely dynamic cities,“ says Ricky Bichel, Team Lead Business Development – Strategy & Portfolio.
