- Updated User Portal: The latest version user portal delivers better insight reporting and improved dashboards and features system health and portfolio management (multi-property visibility). The portal has been redesigned to work seamlessly on all mobile devices.
- Smart Integrations: TraknProtect will now be able to integrate with hotel IoT thermostats. This reduces CAPEX expense, and gateways are not required in each room.
- Artificial Intelligence Property Mapping: TraknProtect uses AI to “fingerprint a property” and provide the complete layout of a hotel to enhance location specifics.
