The Neighborhood Hotel Grand Beach, the ultimate group getaway that’s campy-cool, immersed in nature with all of the comforts of a well-appointed home, is now booking large group gatherings for October 2022 through May 2023, and summer 2023. The versatility of the property allows for upbeat celebrations on the expansive lawn and pool area while more serious conversations and team-building can be held around the four separate campfires, in the tranquil common space, near the calming ravine or directly on the sand of Lake Michigan’s shores.

The Grand Beach location offers accommodations for 50 guests (24 bedrooms) across 14 hotel apartments including one-, two- and three-bedroom suites plus two cottages. Each space is outfitted with thoughtful amenities, stocked kitchens, some with ovens and ranges, and a well-curated selection of art and accessories, including Sferra linens and Casper mattresses, C.O. Bigelow bath products, local coffee and a Moccamaster Brewer, yoga mats and more. Across more than four acres of indoor and outdoor communal spaces, guests can hold meetings, or play, in the Common Room, equipped with games, a bar and a vending machine filled with Michigan favorites, poolside or by one of the firepits. The property’s team will also assist in scheduling special programming, from ax throwing or yoga classes on-site to snowshoeing or cross country skiing nearby, as well as arranging meals from local chefs, delivered directly to the property or cooked on the Grillworks Asador or Cowboy Cauldron grills.
