“We’re thrilled to welcome Suchi and Maria to the Visual Matrix team and look forward to their contributions that will keep moving us, and our clients, forward. This year has been a game-changer for us, and with the addition of these two powerhouses, it just keeps getting better,” Charlie Rhodes, Visual Matrix Chief Operating Officer, said.

This year alone Visual Matrix has introduced all-new product plans and an all-new website and brand. It also acquired MOP, its new standalone mobile operating platform, published its first ebook, created the VM Community where Visual Matrix users can collaborate, introduced a new online chat feature for live, instant support, and opened EmpowerU, its new online learning hub. Next year the company will rollout an all-new UI/UX and continue to focus on its product roadmap, working with its Client Advisory Board on the client experience, and adding valuable new integrations.

“We’ve built a team that understands what it takes to thrive in the hospitality industry, and we’re more committed than ever to provide hotels with the tech and support they need to stay ahead of the curve and maximize opportunities that lie ahead,” Jason Hughes, Visual Matrix Chief Technology Officer, said.

A key benefit of using Visual Matrix is the return on investment it offers hotels through automation. According to the company, hotels can save up to 2,500 labor hours a year using its technology, which translates into thousands of dollars in savings per hotel role, from managers and front desk staff to room attendants and maintenance.
