HEI Assumes Management of Renaissance Dallas North Hotel
HEI Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation's leading operators of institutionally owned full-service hotels with a portfolio of more than 100 properties across the United States, recently announced that it has assumed management of the 337-room Renaissance Dallas North Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Owned by L+R Hotels, the Renaissance is located along Interstate 635 just minutes from downtown Dallas, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, the thriving Las Colinas Business District and the Irving Convention Center.

The Renaissance Dallas North Hotel provides an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and 18 meeting rooms that comprise nearly 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a 5,600-square foot ballroom. The hotel’s food and beverage facilities include a three-meal restaurant and lounge and a coffee shop. A comprehensive renovation of the hotel is in the planning stages with completion anticipated in 2024.
