This cutting-edge feature allows hotels to seamlessly push Fairmas’ financial data to HotStats and pull the hotel's most popular KPI's and competitor set data from HotStats. This two-way communication capability significantly enhances data accuracy and efficiency, providing hoteliers with a more comprehensive understanding of their performance metrics.

In addition to the HotStats integration, Fairmas is excited to introduce its new Cash Flow Planning feature, which is currently in the beta testing phase as well. This innovative feature is designed to help hoteliers manage their cash flow more effectively, ensuring better financial stability and strategic planning.

Fairmas is also proud to announce its readiness to implement the latest edition of the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI-12*).
