She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Teikyo University and a Master’s Certificate in Hospitality Management and Hospitality Marketing from Cornell University.

Tonya brings a wealth of knowledge to the Craddock Terry Hotel, having previously worked at upscale boutique hotels, such as The Georges and The Emerson Inn. She additionally has recently won several hospitality industry awards including Best Hospitality Consultancy Businesswoman 2023 and 2024. Her passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and thriving teams has made her stand out in the hospitality industry.
