Miami, FL - B&B HOTELS is pleased to announce that it has completed its second U.S. deal for a hotel in Jacksonville, Florida. This marks another milestone for B&B HOTELS which brings its highly successful lease model to the United States. The successful opening of the first hotel in Orlando, only four months ago, has led to a growing interest in Europe's fastest-growing midscale hotel brand with its real estate investor Batipart, which has supported the hotel chain since day one in this new U.S. project.

The B&B HOTEL Jacksonville is strategically located at exit 357 of Interstate 10 at the western gateway to the city. It will open with 156 rooms in the 1st quarter of 2025 following a comprehensive renovation.

Valerio Duchini, CEO of B&B HOTELS US, expressed his commitment to building a successful business. Today and as previously promised, we are really glad and honored to announce the signing of our second hotel in the U.S. and specifically in Jacksonville. The hotel will undergo a complete renovation, and it will be opened in the first months of 2025. This is another big step in the development of B&B HOTELS in Florida and the U.S. A big thank you to our real estate partner, Batipart, for their support since the beginning of this adventure in the U.S.

With a portfolio of nearly 800 hotels spanning 17 countries, B&B HOTELS's remarkable growth in Europe can be attributed to its innovative business model, which emphasizes flexibility and a core essentials approach. The company firmly believes that an affordable, well-designed, and comfortable accommodations model will be a game-changer in the U.S. market.
