Ramnee Hotel in Scotland upgrades to Hotelogix Cloud for efficient property management
Singapore – Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, said that Ramnee Hotel in Scotland has adopted its Hotel Property Management System (Hotel PMS) to automate and streamline daily operations efficiently.
The Ramnee Hotel is a family-owned property in an Edwardian-era villa built in 1907. This beautiful property offers visitors 18 well-appointed rooms, two restaurants, a function room, a bar and a splendid garden. Thanks to its impeccable guest service, Ramnee Hotel has received several recognitions, including Tripadvisor's 'Best of the Best' and 'Travellers' Choice' awards.
Ramnee Hotel used a limited-feature solution that restricted its operational capabilities in many ways. The earlier solution was not very easy to work on, thus leading to wasted time and effort. Moreover, the lack of in-depth reports and timely support forced the management to upgrade to a better and feature-rich cloud solution.
