Following the acquisition of Hôtel Saint-Louis in Marseille in January 2024 and the Pilgrim in Paris in July 2024, Ginto Hotels is accelerating its growth with the purchase of Hôtel Aria and Hôtel Vendôme, right in the heart of Nice!

These acquisitions mark a major milestone for Ginto Hotels, as the opening of the “NICE” destination further solidifies its presence in the French hotel market and confirms its status as a leading industry player.

By adding these new locations in southeastern France, Ginto Hotels reaffirms its ambition to offer unique, tailor-made experiences to its guests. The collection now comprises 294 rooms across eight properties, each boasting a distinct style but sharing a unified vision of hospitality: refined and elegant neighborhood properties that celebrate a singular art of living.

These acquisitions are part of the group’s strong growth momentum. This expansion goes hand in hand with a rapidly developing team—now nearly 100 employees strong in 2025—all dedicated to providing exceptional experiences in remarkable settings.

Our vision and ambition stand firm with this dual acquisition in the very heart of Nice, France’s second-largest tourist destination! With eight hotels across five of France’s most spectacular cities, Ginto Hotels consolidates its position as a collection of sophisticated, elegant, city-center establishments.  Brice de Puymorin, Emmanuelle Pochat, and Julien Kiefer, Co-founders of Ginto

  • Hôtel ARIA is a 30-room boutique hotel set within a historic stone building dating back to 1890. Located at Place Mozart and facing a lush square, the hotel enjoys a prime setting near the sea, the train station, the tram, and Avenue Jean Médecin—Nice’s main shopping thoroughfare. Awarded the Green Key label in 2024, Hôtel Aria will be a standout address in the collection. www.hotel-aria.fr
  • Hôtel VENDÔME has 56 rooms and is just steps away from the beaches, the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, and the famous Cours Saleya—known for its flower market, restaurants, and colorful facades. The hotel has retained its neoclassical architectural style, striking a perfect balance between the sublime and the picturesque. Closely associated with the Belle Époque, the image of Nice and Hôtel Vendôme*** hark back to a time when aristocrats flocked to the region. This address is poised to shine once again. www.hotel-vendome-nice.com

With these two new additions, Ginto Hotels confirms its commitment to redefining hospitality standards in France and establishing itself as an essential market reference.
