Northview Hotel Group is a fully integrated hotel owner/operator focused on a limited number of hotels and resorts. Northview’s investment acumen, operational and design expertise, proprietary management tools, and residential sales acumen produce value at each stage of the property lifecycle. Since forming in 2004, Northview has acquired over $3 billion in lodging assets and successfully designed and executed over $350 million of construction projects. In December 2022, Northview closed on its fourth fund, NV Acquisitions IV.
