The July Group

The July Group is a fully integrated owner-operator and can acquire development sites and turnkey deliveries. Target developments include new builds, (office) conversions, mixed use schemes and existing hotel conversions of 4,000 to 20,000 square meters in prime European capital city locations. CityID Group rebranded as The July Group in November 2023, reflecting the Group’s main new hotel collection, The July Hotels. The July Group will also include its other stand-alone hotel brand, ID Aparthotel by The July.
