Inverlag initiated its operations in El Salvador in 2017 and is a vital component of a conglomerate specializing in real estate assets within the hospitality industry across Asia. Founded by Roberto Laguardia, a seasoned professional in large-scale infrastructure construction, his career spanning back to 1993 in Asia has earned him recognition as a prominent builder of factories and warehouses. Some of his notable projects include the construction of Honda Parts workshops in Santa Rosa, La Laguna, Philippines; FedEx warehouses in Clark, Pampanga, Philippines; Hitachi offices in Odawara, Japan; and various ventures for renowned entities such as Samsung, Yokohama, Panasonic, Toshiba, among others. Over the past 17 years, starting in 2007, Laguardia has shifted his focus towards real estate development. This transition has seen the successful realization of projects like W City Center in Bonifacio Global City, Manila, Philippines.
