Since 2004, Cofoco has been instrumental in shaping the culinary landscape of the Danish capital. By seamlessly blending affordability with exceptional food experiences in a way that locals could understand and relate to, the group revolutionized the gastronomic scene in Copenhagen. Due to the overwhelming positive response and loyalty over the years, Cofoco has grown from a single restaurant in 2004, to 19 popular restaurants in Copenhagen today, each with their own unique direction. The restaurants offer a wide variety of gastronomic experiences, taking inspiration from all over the world. Some of them are award-winning, some even Michelin acclaimed, and they all hold in common their dedication to the good meal in all its senses - whether it be the exquisite ingredients, careful preparation of the food, mesmerizing interiors or the welcoming and attentive service. Since 2018, Cofoco has been self-sufficient with sustainable energy generated by the group's own solar park.
