CH Projects

CH Projects comprises eighteen distinct concepts — Born and Raised, Craft & Commerce, False Idol, Fortunate Son, Ironside Fish & Oyster, The Invigatorium, J & Tony’s Discount Cured Meats and Negroni Warehouse, Morning Glory, Neighborhood, Noble Experiment, Part Time Lover, Polite Provisions, The Reading Club, Raised by Wolves, Seneca, Underbelly, Youngblood, Leila and the reimagined historic Lafayette Hotel. Each and every hospitality venue is driven by a similar philosophy that substantive conversation and connection are at the heart of any decent society. CH Projects sets out to create not just restaurants and bars, but public gathering spaces that help cultivate neighborhoods through the fostering of creativity, dialogue, questions and conversations. More than houses for innovative menus and handcrafted drinks, CH Projects’ concepts are meant to be incubators for meaningful interaction. Their first project Neighborhood opened in San Diego in 2007, with each concept coming in the years since all in San Diego and driven conceptually by founder Arsalun Tafazoli.
