Atypio Hotels

The Atypio Group, a French company specializing in investment and asset management, operates in eight regions across France. Its portfolio includes nearly 40 multi-brand hotels (ranging from 2 to 4 stars), over 20 restaurants, and 8 urban farms. The hotels, whether co-owned or solely managed, feature franchised brands such as Accor, Louvre Hotels, and Best Western. Most of them are rated 3 or 4 stars and operated under the Novotel and Mercure brands, for which we serve as the Chair of the AFA Committee. Whether through Atypio Hotel Experience (formerly Atypio Hotels Resorts) or “À l’Épicerie” Restaurant Experience, our network is built on shared values and a common DNA: “All In Good Time.”
