Norbert Stump Stump has joined the 73-bedroom hotel, which was acquired by the Red Carnation Hotel Collection in 2011, following three years as general manager at the four-AA-star, 71-bedroom Coniston hotel in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Andrew Chantrell was previously acting as general manager for the hotel as well as Red Carnation’s other Guernsey property, the Old Government House, and will remain as general manager of the Old Government House. Stump also previously worked as deputy general manager at the Merton hotel in Jersey. He returns to Red Carnation having spent six years as food and beverage manager at the Collection’s London properties Hotel 41 and Rubens at the Palace from 2004 to 2009.
