European Assets . Investments . Operations

The response to the announcement of "Hotels Tomorrow" (HOT) four weeks ago has been overwhelmingly positive. Curiosity runs high about the new event format on 17-18 February 2025 at the Pullman Montparnasse Paris from investment, real estate ownership, development, operations and other industry stakeholders. The planning is in the hot phase now: the programme. Make sure you get the early bird rate by registering in advance!

What has happened in the meantime? The reactions on LinkedIn, discussions at the trade fair and series of calls since the announcement at Expo Real have not only reconfirmed the need for Hotels Tomorrow, but the three HOT founders Marius Gomola, Marc Werner and Maria Puetz-Willems are motivated more than ever to launch the must-attend event. Top executives and industry experts gave us many concrete suggestions and openly volounteered exciting recommendations. This list of topics and keywords could already fill three conferences...

Many thanks to all of them for their candid words and also for their trust in the '3 Ms'. Each member of this trio has been working in the hospitality industry for over 30 years (as a consultant, lawyer, journalist) and has been organising conferences for years (HOTCO, Hogan Lovells Hotel Day, HITT and Expo Real). With HOT, they are pooling their knowledge and networks - from Western Europe to South-East Europe, from the Nordics to the Mediterranean.

The topics are on stage

One thing is crystal clear: all of our dialogue partners crave in-depth and helpful content, combined with a forward-looking approach - just as the name Hotels Tomorrow implies. Egos take a back seat, the topics are "on stage", moderated and inspired by specialised experts and journalists. The motto of the format is relaxed, upbeat but absolutely realistic.

Investment, development, real estate and finance take centre stage, always underscored by debates, challenges and proposed concepts, brands as answers to consumer demands by operators. The spectrum ranges from a dialogue between CEOs of international hotel chains, followed by market insights (e.g. 'How to and in what to invest in Spain, France, Germany,' etc.), to proposed solutions for deals, conversions and new development, with the creative drive to solutions by of investors, developers, traditional and alternative financiers.

HOT will approach topics from non-traditional angles by confronting investors, developers and funding sources to get to the bottom of their formulas for success and provide insights into finding the solutions in the vastly different European landscape.

Space for intensive discussions

The hospitality industry is currently undergoing a massive upheaval; traditional strategies and concept patterns are falling into disrepair, unknown new ideas are emerging and at such a rapid pace that even well-organised companies are almost unable to keep up. This is why HOT creates free space for complex topics that require answers and orientation, moderated by experts with a high level of expertise and experience.

The topics will also inlcude: Extended Stay & Living, Branded Residences, Leisure, Resorts & Camping, Technology & Innovation, ESG, and People & Culture. All of these keywords cross borders in terms of content and geography, but also highlight networking and synergies.

The HOT team will deliver new approaches and involve unexpected sparring partners.
