WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. / June 21, 2001-- Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc HOT is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with Grupo Corporativo Javer for the operation of a new Four Points by Sheraton hotel at Mexico's Monterrey Airport.

The hotel, currently under design, will be located five minutes away from Monterrey International Airport, in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. Four Points by Sheraton Monterrey Airport will comprise 120 guestrooms, meeting facilities and the whole range of services traditionally offered by Four Points to business travelers. The property is scheduled to open by the Fall of 2002.
