The CDN$210 million Hilton Lac Leamy construction project located in the Ottawa-Hull region was managed by Casiloc Inc., Loto-Quebec's real estate subsidiary, has been responsible for coordinating the construction work since the property's initial groundbreaking in the Fall of 1999. The hotel is managed and operated by another Loto-Quebec subsidiary, Resto-Casino, under a franchise agreement with Hilton Inns, Inc., the franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corporation.
